My Story

I know what it is to struggle every day. It seems we put everyone else first and our needs last. We struggle to be a good parent; struggle to provide; struggle to care for loved ones – even struggle with illness as serious as cancer.

Over time, our lives become depleted and out of balance. I have discovered that the 'little big things' are what result in tsunami-like transformations. My story is about the culmination of these little big things and their power in producing lasting change. These principles have given birth to my life's work – let me assist you with your transformation.
